New Construction Town Homes at Crown in Gaithersburg, MD

Crown is the newest, coolest, and most luxurious community fast being built in Montgomery County (Gaithersburg, MD to be more specific). Take Exit 9 (Sam Eig Highway) off of I-270 to be dazzled!

In addition to all of the great residential options, which I'll get to in a few, they've recently opened an impressive Ruth's Chris Steakhouse (service, food, and decor are top-notch), and pizza (tasty, but that single long table is a bit of a challenge), and La Madel

eine (excellent on-the-fly French country fare) are just some of the delicious places that have recently opened at Crown. Now, let's get to the homes!

There are a few M/I town homes left (with options for a loft and a rooftop terrace), and quite a few Pulte and KB's. M/I and Pulte are lovely and come with loads of great options. M/I has four left, with the lowest one starting at $700K. Pultes are significantly smaller and are also significantly less pricey -- their town homes start in the mid $600Ks.

Finally, you have KB. Their product is known as "Crown's Grand Residences," and here's why: KB's town homes boast an open main level floor plan, with a stunning chef's kitchen. There's the potential for 5 bedrooms, or less bedrooms and more recreational areas. The master is on the highest level, and don't worry if you don't like stairs -- you can purchase an elevator to take you to your not-so-humble abode! Also optional in the owner's suite is a private bar, with walkout balcony. There is a price tag for living like Beyonce, and that it starts in the high $700Ks. Most the models still available will run you closer to $900K.

Crown has accepted a bid from from a lovely, local builder to erect some of the most architecturally beautiful homes you'll see in our area -- think Chevy Chase or Bethesda, MD, but BRAND NEW! These will start at $1.2M. We'll get to that in our next blog.
