Megan Richards

Megan is SPG’s Transaction Coordinator. The value she places on building relationships makes the transaction process a smooth one and consistently brightens the days of her teammates and clients. She was brought on by Cali Morris – both are Army wives of active-duty servicemen – while they were neighbors on base.

Megan is the proud mother of three children. She loves anything sweet and - a Southern girl at heart - is a fan of country music, steak, and good BBQ.
